Vos dents sont particuli\u00e8rement sensibles au chaud et\/ou au froid ? Vos gencives sont douloureuses et enfl\u00e9es ? Vous avez mauvaise haleine ? Autant de signes de gingivite \u00e0 ne pas prendre \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re. Heureusement, voici quelques conseils pour \u00e9viter les r\u00e9cidives et\/ou l&rsquo;aggravation des sympt\u00f4mes.<\/p>\n<h2>Adopter une nouvelle routine bucco-dentaire<\/h2>\n<p>La r\u00e8gle de base ? Se brosser les dents au moins deux fois par jour (matin et soir) voire apr\u00e8s chaque repas. Il est \u00e9galement important de passer un fil dentaire, ou mieux, des brossettes,\u00a0 afin d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer les r\u00e9sidus de nourriture et la plaque dentaire. Il est aussi utile de se gratter la langue, une pratique tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandue en Ayurveda (pour enlever les odeurs d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables et \u00e9veiller son sens du go\u00fbt). Enfin, parce que certains endroits comme le bord de la gencive restent malgr\u00e9 tout difficile d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s, il est judicieux de choisir une brosse \u00e0 dents \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 brosse ronde.<\/p>\n<h2>Manger plus sainement<\/h2>\n<p>Saviez-vous que certains aliments sont des alli\u00e9s de notre hygi\u00e8ne bucco-dentaire ? Les pommes et le c\u00e9leri, par exemple, stimulent la production de salive. Ils ont donc indirectement une action lavante qui pr\u00e9vient la formation de plaque dentaire. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/bien-vieillir\/les-vertus-du-the-vert-sur-notre-sante\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">th\u00e9 vert<\/a> poss\u00e9derait \u00e9galement des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s qui peuvent pr\u00e9venir les inflammations gingivales. Evitez par contre les aliments riches en sucre car il favorise la prolif\u00e9ration des bact\u00e9ries dans votre bouche. Et, si en plus d\u2019\u00eatre sucr\u00e9s, les aliments consomm\u00e9s sont acides (comme les sodas, le ketchup ou encore les boissons \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques), l\u2019effet n\u00e9faste est d\u00e9multipli\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Boire suffisamment<\/h2>\n<p>La d\u00e9shydratation peut entra\u00eener de la s\u00e9cheresse buccale et la formation de bact\u00e9ries, et ainsi favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement de probl\u00e8mes gingivaux tels que la gingivite. Le bon r\u00e9flexe ? Boire un verre d&rsquo;eau toutes les heures.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, il va de soi qu&rsquo;il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&rsquo;\u00e9loigner les facteurs de risques de la gingivite tels que le tabac. Des dents mal align\u00e9es sont \u00e9galement un terrain favorable pour la plaque dentaire.
