Cet \u00e9tat pathologique que l\u2019on peut d\u00e9finir de fa\u00e7on claire par l\u2019apparition de spasmes musculaires et de contractures. On parle \u00e9galement de spasmophilie, pour les formes les plus l\u00e9g\u00e8res. Une crise qui frappe essentiellement les femmes.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quels sont les sympt\u00f4mes de la crise de t\u00e9tanie?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>M\u00eame si les crises ne mettent pas la vie en danger, elles sont spectaculaires et portent atteinte \u00e0 la dignit\u00e9. D\u2019autant plus si elles se produisent en public. Les conseils du m\u00e9decin seront davantage cibl\u00e9s sur les motifs de d\u00e9clenchement. Pour les r\u00e9duire au maximum. Ce qui est loin d\u2019\u00eatre ais\u00e9 avec le quotidien habituel d\u2019une femme, bien souvent stressant. Une mauvaise nuit est source de stress.<\/li>\n<li>Pratiquez des sports relaxants, comme le yoga ou la natation.<\/li>\n<li>Consultez un(e) psychoth\u00e9rapeute si les crises se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent trop difficiles \u00e0 g\u00e9rer.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9alisez des exercices respiratoires pour retrouver le calme.<\/li>\n<li>Evitez les endroits trop fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s.
