Ne nous apportant ni \u00e9nergie, ni calories, elles servent \u00e0 bien d\u2019autres choses. Mais o\u00f9 les trouve-t-on\u00a0? Principalement dans les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, les l\u00e9gumes,\u00a0les l\u00e9gumineuses,\u00a0les fruits et les graines ol\u00e9agineuses.<\/p>\n<h2>Les fibres alimentaires\u00a0: solubles ou insolubles\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Les deux se compl\u00e8tent. En effet, les fibres solubles facilitent le glissement des d\u00e9chets dans l\u2019intestin ce qui pr\u00e9vient la constipation. Elles aident \u00e9galement \u00e0 diminuer l\u2019absorption des graisses et du cholest\u00e9rol et elles pr\u00e9viennent les maladies <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/medecine\/comment-prevenir-les-maladies-cardiovasculaires\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cardiovasculaires<\/a>. De plus, elles donnent une sensation de sati\u00e9t\u00e9 plus durable, de quoi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/beaute\/minceur\/alimentation-ventre-plat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">garder la ligne<\/a> plus facilement. O\u00f9 les trouver\u00a0? Dans l\u2019avoine, l\u2019orge, le seigle, les haricots rouges et blancs, les pommes, pruneaux,\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Les insolubles quant \u00e0 elles, diminuent l\u2019app\u00e9tit et facilitent le transit gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur r\u00f4le de r\u00e9tention d\u2019eau dans l\u2019estomac. O\u00f9 les trouver ? Dans les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes (bl\u00e9 complet, pain complet,\u2026), les graines de lin, brocolis, asperges, amandes, lentilles, poires,\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>Lesquelles favoriser\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Dans l\u2019id\u00e9al, il faut consommer autant les unes que les autres.
