Un manque, qui, selon une \u00e9tude, serait en relation directe avec l\u2019apparition d\u2019une d\u00e9pression. Pour pallier \u00e0 cette carence, certains aliments sont conseill\u00e9s : le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf, l\u2019huile de foie de morue, le lait enrichi en <a style=\"font-size: 16px;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/la-vitamine-d-une-necessite-en-hiver\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vitamine D<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">, et les poissons gras (sardines, saumon, maquereau).<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Moins connue, l\u2019iode joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le contre la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/bien-etre\/arrivee-de-lautomne-gare-a-la-depression-saisonniere\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">d\u00e9pression<\/a>, ainsi que contre la fatigue et les pertes de m\u00e9moire. Pour profiter de ses bienfaits, il faut consommer des crustac\u00e9s et des algues. On pense notamment aux hu\u00eetres, en cette p\u00e9riode festive\u00a0!<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Pour \u00eatre en forme, on fait le plein de prot\u00e9ines avec les lentilles, la volaille (poulet, canard, dinde), les pois cass\u00e9s.
