Du matin au soir, The Poet comble toutes nos envies\u00a0: un petit-d\u00e9jeuner<\/a> copieux pour bien commencer la journ\u00e9e avec un buffet vari\u00e9, des jus de fruits frais et du caf\u00e9 de qualit\u00e9\u00a0; une carte saine pour un lunch \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 avec service rapide et une cuisine raffin\u00e9e pour le d\u00eener.<\/p>\n

Une carte originale<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ici, les plats sont locaux mais originaux. On retrouve bien \u00e9videmment en entr\u00e9e la classique burrata (coulante \u00e0 souhait) accompagn\u00e9e de sa sauce pesto et de ses l\u00e9gumes ou une planche de charcuterie, mais on y trouve \u00e9galement des croquettes de queue de b\u0153uf aussi d\u00e9licieuses qu\u2019\u00e9tonnantes ainsi qu\u2019une salade d\u2019artichauts. Le tout est con\u00e7u pour partager, encourageant ainsi la convivialit\u00e9 (quelques entr\u00e9es et plats pour enfants sont \u00e9galement \u00e0 la carte d\u2019ailleurs).<\/p>\n

C\u00f4t\u00e9 plat, du poisson \u00e0 la viande en passant par les p\u00e2tes, on n\u2019est certainement pas d\u00e9\u00e7u. Le burger black angus beef est cuit \u00e0 la perfection avec une sauce ad\u00e9quate et des frites dor\u00e9es \u00e0 point. Les autres mets \u00e0 la carte ont toujours ce petit quelque chose en plus qui rend le tout sp\u00e9cial comme une sauce \u00e0 la pistache par exemple.<\/p>\n

On n\u2019oublie pas le dessert aussi gourmand qu\u2019\u00e9labor\u00e9 ! Une belle s\u00e9lection de classiques revisit\u00e9s qui nous donnent l\u2019eau \u00e0 la bouche.<\/p>\n

On peut \u00e9galement passer chez The Poet uniquement pour boire un verre au sublime bar circulaire en marbre. Le mixologiste se fait un plaisir de nous proposer ses cocktails, ainsi que la propre bi\u00e8re du restaurant brass\u00e9e \u00e0 Hoeilaart\u00a0!<\/p>\n
