Mais pourquoi ne pas miser davantage sur des apports naturels\u00a0? Comme ceux offerts par le kiwi, affectueusement appel\u00e9 souris v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. Un petit tr\u00e9sor gorg\u00e9 de jus et de vitamines, d\u00e9couvert en Chine au 18<sup>e<\/sup> si\u00e8cle. Et qu\u2019il est conseill\u00e9 de consommer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Sa petite taille le rend ais\u00e9 \u00e0 glisser dans votre sac pour le d\u00e9guster n\u2019importe quand dans la journ\u00e9e. Deux kiwis sont recommand\u00e9s chaque jour.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>De nombreux bienfaits<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Un petit kiwi, mais qui en fait le maximum, pour paraphraser un slogan publicitaire des ann\u00e9es 70. Comment imaginer qu\u2019il puisse nous apporter autant de bonnes choses ?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un fruit peu calorique (soit 49,7 kcal\/100g). Compos\u00e9 \u00e0 80% d\u2019eau, parfait donc pour garder la ligne. D\u2019autant plus que sa consommation procure aussi un effet de sati\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Forte teneur en vitamines (C, K, E et B). D\u2019o\u00f9 renforcement des d\u00e9fenses immunitaires. Et diminution du stress, de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/medecine\/le-stress-ennemi-de-votre-coeur\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/a> ou des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/comment-eviter-le-rhume-ou-sen-debarrasser-rapidement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">rhumes.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Forte pr\u00e9sence de fibres. Le kiwi poss\u00e8de une fonction protectrice des os et de la circulation sanguine, souvent menac\u00e9s d\u00e8s la cinquantaine.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent antioxydant pour lutter contre le vieillissement cellulaire naturel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Peu de recommandations<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Selon les \u00e9tudes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es, sa consommation peut provoquer des allergies, du fait de la lib\u00e9ration d\u2019histamine dans l\u2019organisme.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Comment le choisir et le conserver\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Face au rayon fruits et l\u00e9gumes, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez les kiwis \u00e0 la peau bien tendue, gage de fra\u00eecheur. Un peu comme le melon, le kiwi se choisit au toucher. Plus tendre, il sera alors doux et sucr\u00e9. Plus dur, il sera davantage acide. A chacun ses go\u00fbts. Evitez cependant les kiwis trop mous, donc trop m\u00fbrs. Le kiwi se conserve dans le frigo ou \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, plus conseill\u00e9e pour une consommation rapproch\u00e9e. Un kiwi \u00e0 savourer cru (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence), cuit ou sous forme de smoothie.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Des kiwis au jardin\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Vous souhaitez r\u00e9colter vos propres kiwis\u00a0? Bonne nouvelle, il est possible de faire pousser des plants de kiwi sous nos latitudes. Plantez votre kiwi en automne, dans un endroit du jardin bien ensoleill\u00e9, abrit\u00e9 du vent et prot\u00e9g\u00e9 du gel. Pour le sol, ajoutez du terreau et du sable \u00e0 la terre de votre terrain. Privil\u00e9giez un plant de kiwi autofertile, avec des fleurs m\u00e2les et femelles. Ou plantez un pied m\u00e2le avec 4 ou 5 pieds femelles.
