Selon ses principes, il serait pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de placer la t\u00eate du lit au Nord afin de disposer d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/bien-dormir-mieux-vieillir\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sommeil r\u00e9parateur<\/a>. L&#8217;emplacement<\/h3>\n<p>Afin de ne pas se sentir confin\u00e9, il est recommand\u00e9 de placer votre lit au milieu d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce (toujours \u00e9videmment avec la t\u00eate plac\u00e9e contre le mur). En effet, quand la disposition de la pi\u00e8ce le permet, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez de la place de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 du lit pour cr\u00e9er de l\u2019espace.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Le matelas et la couverture<\/h3>\n<p>Il est important de ne pas sentir de g\u00e8ne (ressorts, grincements du sommier,&#8230;). Que vous optiez pour un matelas \u00e0 m\u00e9moire de forme ou \u00e0 ressorts ensach\u00e9s,\u00a0 sa dur\u00e9e de vie est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 10 ans. Au-del\u00e0 de cette limite, le matelas peut d\u00e9grader la qualit\u00e9 de votre sommeil.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne la couverture, elle ne doit pas \u00eatre trop \u00e9paisse.
