En effet, lorsque le corps r\u00e9agit \u00e0 la pression, il s\u00e9cr\u00e8te de l\u2019adr\u00e9naline pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat de stress. Plusieurs r\u00e9actions somatiques d\u00e9coulent de cette phase : la diffusion du glucose dans le sang, l\u2019augmentation de la pression art\u00e9rielle ou l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du rythme cardiaque.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque l\u2019\u00e9tat de stress est r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9, le corps s\u2019\u00e9puise. On parle alors de stress chronique. L\u2019organisme s\u2019affaiblit car il d\u00e9pense trop de ressources \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques ce qui augmente le risque de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9. Dont l\u2019hypertension art\u00e9rielle, l\u2019hypercholest\u00e9rol\u00e9mie ou le diab\u00e8te, pour ne citer qu&rsquo;eux.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi, il est important de pouvoir g\u00e9rer et \u00e9vacuer son stress. Comment ?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h2>Soyez ordonn\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Une maison bien rang\u00e9e vous permet de vous sentir mieux et d\u2019\u00e9viter les moments de stress une fois rentr\u00e9s chez vous. Il est bien plus agr\u00e9able de trouver facilement l\u2019objet dont on a besoin du premier coup plut\u00f4t que de devoir le chercher pour une dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e. Afin de ne pas passer vos soir\u00e9es \u00e0 ranger votre maison, faites-en une t\u00e2che quotidienne.
