B\u00e2illez<\/h2>\n<p>Si vous pensiez que b\u00e2iller \u00e9tait signe d\u2019ennui, d\u00e9trompez-vous ! Le b\u00e2illement permet de lib\u00e9rer de l\u2019endorphine et fournit de l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne aux neurones fatigu\u00e9s. Mieux encore, cela donne un coup de fouet \u00e0 la circulation sanguine. Un geste simple qui r\u00e9veille tout l&rsquo;organisme.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Buvez de l&rsquo;eau<\/h2>\n<p>Compos\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 60 % d&rsquo;eau, notre corps se d\u00e9shydrate tr\u00e8s vite&#8230; Pourtant, seulement 1 adulte sur 4 boit le litre et demi d&rsquo;eau recommand\u00e9 par jour. Sans eau, pas de bonne r\u00e9partition des nutriments dans notre organisme, pas d&rsquo;\u00e9limination des d\u00e9chets et impossible de r\u00e9guler la temp\u00e9rature de notre corps. Mais saviez-vous aussi que l&rsquo;eau est un pr\u00e9cieux alli\u00e9 anti-fatigue ? Pour enrayer un manque de tonus et\/ou calmer la nervosit\u00e9, il est conseill\u00e9 de privil\u00e9gier les eaux calciques (Contrex, H\u00e9par,&#8230;) ou riches en Magn\u00e9sium (Badoit, Qu\u00e9zac,&#8230;) en cure d&rsquo;une semaine.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Surveillez votre taux de fer<\/h2>\n<p>Le risque d&rsquo;an\u00e9mie varie selon les \u00e9tapes de la vie de la femme. C&rsquo;est surtout dans la quarantaine que le manque de fer peut se manifester sous le couvert de v\u00e9ritable \u00ab\u00a0coup de pompe\u00a0\u00bb, accompagn\u00e9s ou non de p\u00e2leur, essouflement et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/menopause\/saignements-lors-de-la-menopause-est-ce-normal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">m\u00e9norragies<\/a> (chez 10 \u00e0 20% des femmes). D&rsquo;autre part, un r\u00e9gime v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9 peut entra\u00eener une carence en fer. Pour palier ce d\u00e9ficit, privil\u00e9giez des aliments riches en fer et pensez \u00e9galement \u00e0 consommer assez de vitamine C pour le rendre plus biodisponible.
