Id\u00e9ale pour composer des menus vari\u00e9s et remplacer partiellement la viande rouge. De nombreuses \u00e9tudes scientifiques soulignent son action b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9. M\u00eame si elles restent encore trop parcellaires pour \u00eatre convaincantes \u00e0 100%. La consommation de soja de source alimentaire reste cependant sans danger et des \u00e9tudes restent toujours en cours pour \u00e9valuer plus avant ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Du soja pour contrer les maladies cardiovasculaires<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La consommation de soja se r\u00e9v\u00e8lerait b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour diminuer ce type de maladies du fait de certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments favorables. Le soja se r\u00e9v\u00e8le ainsi pauvre en cholest\u00e9rol. Sa consommation en alternance avec de la viande rouge permet de r\u00e9duire le taux d\u2019acides gras satur\u00e9s, dont le c\u00f4t\u00e9 n\u00e9faste est bien connu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quel b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du soja pour mieux vivre la m\u00e9nopause\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Lors de la m\u00e9nopause, la femme doit faire face \u00e0 deux probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 non n\u00e9gligeables pour sa vie quotidienne\u00a0: les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/menopause\/bouffees-de-chaleur-un-desagrement-au-quotidien\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bouff\u00e9es de chaleur<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/bien-vieillir\/osteoporose-une-epidemie-tres-silencieuse\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l\u2019ost\u00e9oporose<\/a>. La consommation de soja est conseill\u00e9e pour r\u00e9duire les risques d\u2019ost\u00e9oporose li\u00e9s \u00e0 la femme de plus de cinquante ans. Les phytoestrog\u00e8nes (g\u00e9nist\u00e9ine, daidz\u00e9ine et glycit\u00e9ine) pr\u00e9sents dans le soja ont des effets similaires aux oestrog\u00e8nes. Des tests li\u00e9s au soja ont permis de constater des avanc\u00e9es positives dans la limitation de la perte osseuse. Une efficacit\u00e9 constat\u00e9e, certes, mais pas g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e au sein des tests r\u00e9alis\u00e9s. Qui ne peut donc pas remplacer la consommation de produits laitiers, toujours la plus recommand\u00e9e pour lutter contre l\u2019ost\u00e9oporose. L\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par les chercheurs de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Washington au sujet du bienfait de la prise de soja \u00e0 la m\u00e9nopause est disponible (en anglais) <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.lww.com\/menopausejournal\/Citation\/2015\/05000\/A_cross_sectional_study_of_equol_producer_status.4.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ici\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Consommer du soja pour pr\u00e9venir le cancer<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Du soja cit\u00e9 \u00e9galement dans la litt\u00e9rature scientifique pour son r\u00f4le dans la lutte contre les risques de cancer. On le croyait d\u2019abord n\u00e9faste en cas de cancer du sein chez les femmes m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es. Mais aujourd\u2019hui son r\u00f4le protecteur serait davantage privil\u00e9gi\u00e9. La pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence est marqu\u00e9e pour le soja de source alimentaire. Contrairement aux compl\u00e9ments alimentaires plus controvers\u00e9s et \u00e0 prendre sous contr\u00f4le m\u00e9dical.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Du soja d\u00e9conseill\u00e9 dans certains cas<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il est \u00e0 noter que la consommation de soja est plut\u00f4t d\u00e9conseill\u00e9e aux femmes souffrant d\u2019hypothyro\u00efdie (soit la baisse de l\u2019activit\u00e9 de la thyro\u00efde). Une consommation est possible mais pas en m\u00eame temps que la prise du traitement. En cause, la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019isoflavones, qui pourraient modifier les besoins de substitution en hormones thyro\u00efdiennes.
