Pour y parvenir, voici quelques astuces.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"s1\">1.Mangez des repas \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">On ne le r\u00e9p\u00e9tera jamais assez, les plats bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s sont la clef pour \u00eatre rassasi\u00e9. On d\u00e9bute par un bon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/https-www-fiftyandmemagazine-be-fr-sante-38184\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">petit-d\u00e9jeuner<\/a> et pour le lunch et le d\u00eener on privil\u00e9gie les aliments riches en fibres, en prot\u00e9ines et \u00e0 indice glyc\u00e9mique bas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2.
