sel<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">80 gr de sucre<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">50 gr poudre amande<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">50 gr poudre de noisettes<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">4 oeufs<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">R\u00e9aliser la p\u00e2te en ajoutant les oeufs un par un et abaisser la entre deux feuilles de papier \u00e0 +_ 1,5 cm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">R\u00e9server au frais.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Vinaigrette:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">15 gr de sel<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">55 gr de muscovado<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">10 cl de vinaigre blanc<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">8 cl de vinaigre balsamique<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">13 cl d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">21 cl d\u2019huile de p\u00e9pins de raisin<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">3 cl d\u2019huile de truffe<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">1 jaune d\u2019oeuf.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Emulsionner l\u2019ensemble au blender.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Jaunes d\u2019oeufs:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">2 jaunes d\u2019oeufs battus et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sal\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Asperges: (2 ou 3 p.pers.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Eplucher et blanchir les\u00a0asperges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Rafraichir et s\u00e9cher les\u00a0asperges\u00a0sur un linge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Tailler les\u00a0asperges\u00a0en deux sur la longueur.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Montage:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Dresser les\u00a0asperges\u00a0dans un cadre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Recouvrir de la p\u00e2te de fruits secs et enfourner +- 15 minutes \u00e0 210\u00b0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Retourner la tarte et tailler des bandes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Accompagner de la vinaigrette et de quelques
