crevettes Ta\u00efwan <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">150gr de sauce soja <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">35gr de vinaigre bonite <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">12gr de vinaigre de riz<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Pour le b\u0153uf\u00a0(4 personnes)<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">140g de b\u0153uf Holstein matur\u00e9 pendant 6 semaines.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"s3\">20cl d\u2019huile d\u2019olive fum\u00e9e<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">20cl d\u2019huile d\u2019argan<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">20cl de vinaigre sudachi-ponzu<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0: <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">Au thermomix, \u00e0 vitesse maximum, mixer la sauce barbecue, la p\u00e2te de s\u00e9same, de cacahu\u00e8tes et de crevettes pendant 5 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">Ajouter ensuite le reste des ingr\u00e9dients et continuer \u00e0 mixer pendant 3 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">Trancher le b\u0153uf sur une taille de 1,5mm.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">Superposer 2 tranches, les plier en 2 et les rouler \u00e0 l\u2019horizontale afin de former une rose.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">Nettoyer la grenade.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">Ciseler finement la menthe.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Dressage\u00a0:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">D\u00e9couper l\u2019aubergine cuite en 2 en forme de rectangle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">Napper celle-ci d\u2019une fine couche de sat\u00e9 uniforme et la soupoudrer d\u2019un gramme de s\u00e9same bonite.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">R\u00e9chauffer l\u2019aubergine 5 minutes dans un four \u00e0 120\u00b0C.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">Dans une assiette \u00e0 fond creux, mettre 1\/4cl d\u2019huile d\u2019olive fum\u00e9e, 1\/4cl d\u2019huile d\u2019argan et 1\/2cl de vinaigre sudachi-ponzu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">D\u00e9poser l\u2019aubergine au centre de l\u2019assiette et la rosace de b\u0153uf \u00e0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">D\u00e9poser la menthe cisel\u00e9e sur l\u2019aubergine et 6 \u00e0 7 grains de grenade sur la rosace de
