En effet, face \u00e0 la panique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale qui p\u00e8se sur le monde, cette derni\u00e8re a spontan\u00e9ment cr\u00e9\u00e9 une chaine de solidarit\u00e9 bienveillante pour nous aider \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 ce <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/culture\/decouvrir-culture\/10-choses-a-faire-pour-ne-pas-devenir-fou-pendant-le-confinement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">confinement<\/a> compliqu\u00e9 et \u00e0 en faire ressortir les points positifs. Si, si, il y en a !\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Des ondes positives \u00e0 profusion<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A travers ce projet, Nathalie Alsteen, propose d\u2019accompagner la population \u00e0 accueillir sa sensibilit\u00e9 comme une force et \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer son potentiel. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019offrir les cl\u00e9s de r\u00e9ussite aux adultes qui souhaitent vivre pleinement leur potentiel \u00e0 travers des interviews avec des experts internationaux sur des sujets vari\u00e9s. En effet, la fondatrice de ce projet concentre une quantit\u00e9 invraisemblable d\u2019informations \u00e0 travers des vid\u00e9os quotidiennes et toujours dans l\u2019optique de v\u00e9hiculer des ondes positives. Il suffit de choisir celle qui nous tente le plus en fonction de notre \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit. De quoi donner un r\u00e9el coup de boost aux visionneurs de ces mini-conf\u00e9rences.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Comment \u00e7a fonctionne\u00a0? <\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Il est possible de participer \u00e0 cette chaine de solidarit\u00e9 \u00e0 travers le groupe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/789325361204123\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Facebook<\/a> ainsi que sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCmqee2M-ecaeBt2rwpqfWjQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cha\u00eene YouTube<\/a> pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 cet effet. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Sur Facebook, un nouveau th\u00e8me, un outil ou une information seront abord\u00e9s chaque jour par la conf\u00e9renci\u00e8re \u00e0 travers une interview avec un expert. Pour vous y inscrire, il suffit de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 certaines questions pour garantir la bienveillance au sein du groupe. L\u2019horaire de ces conf\u00e9rences est quant \u00e0 lui vari\u00e9 et donc post\u00e9 quotidiennement sur le groupe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Si le groupe Facebook vous tente moins, il est \u00e9galement possible de visionner toutes ces mini-conf\u00e9rences sur la cha\u00eene YouTube. Les vid\u00e9os peuvent \u00eatre vues et revues sans mod\u00e9ration puisqu\u2019aucune limite de temps n\u2019est fix\u00e9e ! De quoi faire tous les jours le plein d\u2019ondes positives !
