Mais pour palier les carences, notre alimentation ne fait pas toujours le poids. L\u2019huile de foie de morue ou de krill, est souvent choisie en compl\u00e9ment. Mais, depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, de nouvelles d\u00e9couvertes n\u2019ont de cesse d\u2019\u00e9pater la communaut\u00e9 scientifiques par leurs nombreux bienfaits. L\u2019huile de Calanus en fait partie.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Le Calanus Finmarchicus\u00a0:\u00a0un minuscule crustac\u00e9, de grands bienfaits<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Issue du minuscule crustac\u00e9 \u00ab Calanus Finmarchicus \u00bb, un zooplancton herbivore de la famille des cop\u00e9podes provenant des eaux propres nordiques, cette huile est un vrai tr\u00e9sor de la nature. Cette huile se distingue de celle du poisson et du krill par ses effets biom\u00e9dicaux et sa composition chimique. Sa particularit\u00e9 r\u00e9side dans sa couleur rubis \u00e0 forte teneur en astaxanthine , un puissant antioxydant. De plus, les esters de cire pr\u00e9sentes dans l\u2019huile de Calanus contiennent non seulement des acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s tels que les om\u00e9ga-3 EPA et DHA, mais ils sont \u00e9galement riches en acide st\u00e9aridonique (SDA). Hautement assimilable par l\u2019organisme, elle a des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur la sant\u00e9 qu\u2019on l\u2019on ne retrouve pas ou peu ailleurs. Son apport est deux fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 qu\u2019une huile de poisson classique. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>L&rsquo;huile de calanus : quels effets sur la sant\u00e9 ? <\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">L\u2019huile de Calanus a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques en pr\u00e9venant les probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9s associ\u00e9s \u00e0 un mode de vie occidental malsain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Selon les r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9tudes pr\u00e9cliniques, qui sont actuellement \u00e9tudi\u00e9s et confirm\u00e9s dans des \u00e9tudes humaines, l\u2019huile de Calanus <\/span><span class=\"s2\">combat l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019insuline induites par le r\u00e9gime alimentaire, r\u00e9duit l\u2019inflammation et augmente la capacit\u00e9 a\u00e9robie. <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente aupr\u00e8s de femmes de 65 ans et plus a donn\u00e9 un r\u00e9sultat surprenant. La fonction cardiaque a \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e de 7 \u00e0 8%. Une augmentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9e dans la quantit\u00e9 de sang que le c\u0153ur peut pomper en une minute (d\u00e9bit cardiaque) et dans le volume systolique.
