C\u2019est pourquoi il existe des techniques de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/la-coherence-cardiaque-une-technique-de-respiration-pour-se-liberer-du-stress\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">respirations<\/a> profondes permettant d\u2019apaiser la tension. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Quelles sont-elles\u00a0?<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><i><\/i><span class=\"s1\">La respiration \u00e0 l\u2019air libre<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Enferm\u00e9s depuis maintenant plus d\u2019un mois, peu nombreuses sont les personnes qui pensent \u00e0 ouvrir leurs fen\u00eatres quelques minutes par jour. Pourtant ce geste est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment primordial pour s\u2019a\u00e9rer l\u2019esprit et \u00e9vacuer les \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives qui p\u00e8sent sur notre moral. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\">Comment\u00a0faire ? <\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">On inspire profond\u00e9ment par le nez depuis le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e et on bloque sa respiration pendant deux secondes. Ensuite, on remonte jusqu\u2019au c\u0153ur et on bloque \u00e0 nouveau notre respiration pendant un laps de temps de 2 secondes. Enfin, on passe par les clavicules en bloquant une derni\u00e8re fois la respiration et ce, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019on ressente le besoin d\u2019inspirer.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><i><\/i><span class=\"s1\">La respiration profonde<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Pour rester \u00e9nergique tout au long de la journ\u00e9e et \u00e9viter les coups de mou r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs, il existe diff\u00e9rents exercices \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser tous les jours. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Comment faire\u00a0? <\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">On se place correctement\u00a0: ancr\u00e9 sur une chaise, les \u00e9paules rel\u00e2ch\u00e9es, les<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/beaute\/minceur\/3-exercices-de-pilates-pour-un-ventre-plat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> abdominaux<\/a> l\u00e9g\u00e8rement serr\u00e9s et la colonne vert\u00e9brale bien droite.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Ensuite, les yeux ferm\u00e9s et le visage bien d\u00e9tendu, on inspire profond\u00e9ment du bas du ventre jusqu\u2019au sommet du cr\u00e2ne et on expire. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Dans la continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019exercice pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, on ouvre les yeux, on place les mains sur les \u00e9paules et on effectue des petits cercles vers l\u2019avant et puis, vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re afin de d\u00e9tendre le haut du corps. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Pour finir, on place les mains sur la nuque et on effectue des petits massages \u00e0 l\u2019aide de nos doigts en remontant par le bas du visage pour le d\u00e9tendre au maximum.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><i><\/i><span class=\"s1\">La nouvelle respiration<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Apr\u00e8s cette p\u00e9riode difficile, il sera important de s\u2019oxyg\u00e9ner \u00e0 nouveau et de prendre un bon bol d\u2019air. Pour se recentrer, rien de tel qu\u2019un bon s\u00e9jour \u00e0 la mer ou \u00e0 la campagne pour (r\u00e9)oxyg\u00e9ner les cellules et red\u00e9marrer la vie active, plus boost\u00e9 et en forme que jamais\u00a0! <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"s1\">Le yoga<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Outre les exercices de respiration, le yoga est \u00e9galement un bon rem\u00e8de contre le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/des-anti-stress-naturels-pour-etre-plus-serein\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">stress.<\/a> En effet, il permet d\u2019harmoniser le corps et m\u2019esprit en se concentrant uniquement sur le moment pr\u00e9sent. Il est possible de r\u00e9aliser, tous les jours des exercices simples \u00e0 la maison, b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques contre l\u2019angoisse. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\"><i>Le Pince-Debout <\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Debout, les pieds joints et les \u00e9paules en l\u2019air, on prend une grande inspiration. Ensuite, on expire en rel\u00e2chant la t\u00eate et le buste jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que nos doigts touchent le sol. Enfin, on remonte doucement sur une grande inspiration. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\"><i>L\u2019arbre<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">En position debout, les pieds joints, on place le pieds droit \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la cuisse gauche. Ensuite, en regardant devant nous, on joint les mains devant nous sur une grande expiration. Pour que l\u2019exercice soit efficace contre le stress, on garde cette position le temps de trois respiration compl\u00e8te. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"s1\">Le sport <\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment connu de tous est \u00e9galement un bon moyen pour prendre l\u2019air et s\u2019oxyg\u00e9ner l\u2019esprit. Pour que notre s\u00e9ance soit efficace, il est essentiel que ce moment de d\u00e9tente se fasse de fa\u00e7on totalement d\u00e9connect\u00e9e. \u00c9vitez les activit\u00e9s trop comp\u00e9titives\u00a0 afin que le sport soit r\u00e9ellement synonyme de bien-\u00eatre et de d\u00e9compression.
