Les sujets dans le groupe (2) ont pris 2\u00d7 DPearls 1520 (= 76 \u00b5g vitamine D3) par jour.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Les taux sanguins de vitamine D ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9s chez toutes les personnes au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;intervention, apr\u00e8s 4 semaines et apr\u00e8s 8 semaines. Dans le groupe placebo les taux de vitamine D3 ont chut\u00e9 de 21 \u00e0 17 ng\/ml en moyenne apr\u00e8s 8 semaines. Dans le groupe 2 les taux de vitamine D3 ont augment\u00e9 en moyenne de 22 \u00e0 36 ng\/ml, et ceci en 4 semaines seulement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Le taux recommand\u00e9 en Belgique est de 30 ng\/ml<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">L&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de D-Pearls a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 totalement d\u00e9montr\u00e9e.
