Vous souffrez probablement de ce que l\u2019on nomme coup de chaleur. Fr\u00e9quent lors de ces belles journ\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, pass\u00e9es de fa\u00e7on active, sans prendre le temps de bien s\u2019hydrater. La femme de 50 ans n\u2019est pas plus fragile qu\u2019une autre, bien s\u00fbr que non. Mais son emploi du temps, charg\u00e9, la pousse parfois \u00e0 n\u00e9gliger les premiers sympt\u00f4mes. Attention danger. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Coup de chaleur et insolation, quelle diff\u00e9rence ?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pour simplifier, le coup de chaleur se produit \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une surexposition \u00e0 de fortes chaleurs. Avec la d\u00e9faillance du processus de vasodilatation. La sudation est \u00e9galement perturb\u00e9e. L\u2019insolation est provoqu\u00e9e quant \u00e0 elle par une trop longue exposition au soleil. On distingue deux types de coups de chaud. Celui engendr\u00e9 par un exercice physique intense et le second, plus classique. Li\u00e9 \u00e0 un manque d\u2019hydratation et \u00e0 un exc\u00e8s de temp\u00e9rature.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Quelles sont les personnes \u00e0 risques\u00a0?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Face au coup de chaleur, certaines personnes se montrent nettement plus vuln\u00e9rables\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Les jeunes enfants et les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, peu conscients du danger.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Les personnes atteintes de maladies chroniques (diab\u00e8te, insuffisance cardiaque, Parkinson\u2026) ou sous m\u00e9dicaments (dont les antihistaminiques, tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9s)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Les individus addictifs \u00e0 l\u2019alcool ou aux drogues, deux substances aggravantes<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Les individus fr\u00eales ou a contrario ob\u00e8ses. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Des gestes simples pour \u00e9viter la surchauffe<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">En cas de forte chaleur, \u00e9vitez les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/se-mettre-au-sport-a-50-ans-ils-lont-fait\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">exercices physiques<\/a> violents. Et surtout lors des heures les plus chaudes, soit entre 11 h et 15 h.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Portez des v\u00eatements clairs et amples, qui laissent le corps respirer. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">S\u2019hydrater de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, sans attendre d\u2019avoir soif. De 1,5 litre \u00e0 deux par jour.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez les courants d\u2019air dans votre int\u00e9rieur plut\u00f4t que l\u2019usage du ventilateur. Il ne fait que brasser l\u2019air chaud.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Comment bien r\u00e9agir face \u00e0 un coup de chaleur\u00a0?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Premi\u00e8re chose, trouver un endroit frais et se reposer. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Contacter un m\u00e9decin ou les urgences pour un avis professionnel. Le coup de chaud r\u00e9clame un temps de r\u00e9action aussi bref que possible. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Boire beaucoup. De l\u2019eau (fra\u00eeche mais pas glac\u00e9e) et non des sodas ou de l\u2019alcool. Qui vont augmenter davantage les effets de la d\u00e9shydratation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Si possible, prendre une douche ou un bain ti\u00e8de (\u00e0 37\u00b0C environ) pour faire baisser la temp\u00e9rature corporelle. Pas de bain glac\u00e9, au risque de provoquer une hypothermie.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Des cons\u00e9quences \u00e0 ne pas n\u00e9gliger<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Un coup de chaud peut s\u2019accompagner de graves troubles.
