Les principales victimes de ce d\u00e9rangement intestinal qui touche quelque 25% de la population, dont de nombreuses femmes de plus de 50 ans.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Une constipation d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able qu\u2019il est possible de traiter facilement, dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Qu\u2019est-ce que la constipation\u00a0?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ce trouble intestinal se d\u00e9finit comme le retard ou la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9vacuer quotidiennement les selles. Une trop grande s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9 est par ailleurs n\u00e9faste au p\u00e9ristaltisme intestinal, soit l\u2019ensemble de ces contractions musculaires qui favorisent l\u2019\u00e9vacuation des selles.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Quelles solutions rechercher\u00a0?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Avant d\u2018opter pour le laxatif, certains petits gestes se doivent d\u2019\u00eatre adopt\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Misez sur le sport ou le mouvement r\u00e9gulier.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Accordez-vous du temps pour ce moment intime. Le stress du matin provoque bien souvent la constipation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ne repoussez pas les appels de votre corps. Se retenir aggrave les sympt\u00f4mes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Effectuez des petits massages du ventre au lever. Parfaits pour stimuler les intestins.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Une bonne alimentation <\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Le meilleur alli\u00e9 pour traiter la constipation n\u2019est autre qu\u2019un menu compos\u00e9 d\u2019aliments riches en fibres. Avec des liquides en quantit\u00e9 suffisante.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">La banane. Encore verte, et donc riche en amidon, n\u2019est pas recommand\u00e9e. Mais bien m\u00fbre, elle se r\u00e9v\u00e8le comme un puissant laxatif naturel. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Des fruits et des l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 profusion, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence crus et non \u00e9pluch\u00e9s. Beaucoup d\u2019entre eux se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent efficaces contre la constipation\u00a0: les prunes, oranges, pruneaux, les raisins secs, les pommes\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Buvez beaucoup, environ deux litres par jour. Le manque de liquide provoque souvent la constipation. Boire beaucoup d\u2019eau riche en magn\u00e9sium mais peu de caf\u00e9 ou d\u2019alcool, deux ennemis du transit intestinal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Optez pour des portions limit\u00e9es d\u2019aliments constipants comme le riz, le pain blanc, les hamburgers, les biscuits et g\u00e2teaux industriels. Sans oublier les produits laitiers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Et le chocolat\u00a0? Souvent accus\u00e9 de provoquer la constipation et l\u2019apparition d\u2019acn\u00e9 (deux fake news), il facilite au contraire le transit par son apport en fibres.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Quand faut-il s\u2019inqui\u00e9ter\u00a0?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Certains signes constat\u00e9s n\u00e9cessitent de contacter un m\u00e9decin pour avoir un avis m\u00e9dical sur ce qui peut d\u00e9passer le simple souci de constipation. Parmi ces sympt\u00f4mes figurent une perte de poids, du sang dans les selles ou des douleurs chroniques dans le ventre.
