En voici trois, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s pour vous. Pour que femme quinquag\u00e9naire ne rime pas avec s\u00e9dentaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Quel sport choisir cet \u00e9t\u00e9 ?<\/h2>\n<h3><span class=\"s1\"><b>Qi Gong<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">Une discipline chinoise (qui se prononce \u00ab\u00a0tchi kung\u00a0\u00bb), articul\u00e9e autour d\u2019exercices de respiration. Peu d\u2019\u00e9quipements \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir : une combinaison en n\u00e9opr\u00e8ne, des chaussures adapt\u00e9es. Et \u00e9ventuellement une pagaie (ou mieux, des gants palm\u00e9s) pour se stabiliser dans l\u2019eau. Le principe consiste \u00e0 marcher dans l\u2019eau selon son rythme. Pour un effet maximal, le niveau d\u2019eau de mer doit se situer entre le nombril et les aisselles. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable, et plus agr\u00e9able, d\u2019exercer la marche aquatique en groupe et sous encadrement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Avantages du longe-c\u00f4te\u00a0: ce sport vivifiant permet un renforcement musculaire (des cuisses, des fessiers notamment) et cardiovasculaire. Les articulations sont peu sollicit\u00e9es puisque le corps est port\u00e9. Le longe-c\u00f4te permet de jouer sur l\u2019endurance et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre.
