Un l\u00e9gume-fruit qui n\u2019est pas seulement excellent pour les papilles mais \u00e9galement pour son r\u00f4le protecteur. Un melon parfait pour assurer le bien-\u00eatre de la quinquag\u00e9naire qui pr\u00e9f\u00e8re miser sur les produits naturels. Comment r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l\u2019appel de ces quartiers de melon gorg\u00e9s de sucre et d\u2019eau\u00a0?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quels sont les bienfaits du melon ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Protection des yeux. La richesse en b\u00eatacarot\u00e8ne s\u2019av\u00e8re comme une alli\u00e9e efficace de notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/bien-vieillir\/comment-preserver-sa-vue-par-lalimentation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bonne vision<\/a> (nocturne) et de la r\u00e9tine. Optez pour un fruit de couleur claire, aux rayures bien prononc\u00e9es, gage de maturit\u00e9. Eliminez le melon qui pr\u00e9sente des taches, signe probable de coups re\u00e7us lors du transport.<br \/>\nSoupesez \u00e9galement le melon convoit\u00e9. Bien lourd, il sera synonyme de fruit m\u00fbr, riche en eau et en sucre.<br \/>\nEnfin, un melon se hume. S\u2019il sent bon, il s\u2019annonce m\u00fbr. A contrario, s\u2019il s\u2019en trop fort, le fruit sera trop m\u00fbr, donc \u00e0 d\u00e9conseiller.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Au jardin, faites place au melon<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il est parfaitement possible de produire des melon au jardin. Le succ\u00e8s ne sera pas garanti, du fait de nos temp\u00e9ratures parfois trop fra\u00eeches, mais tentez l\u2019op\u00e9ration. Optez pour un endroit ensoleill\u00e9 et abrit\u00e9 du vent, avec une terre bien riche. Vous pouvez planter ou semer (solution pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable) vos melons en avril ou en mai.
