Tenez-vous au bord avec une seule main en veillant \u00e0 garder le dos bien droit. Levez la jambe lat\u00e9ralement et reposez-la doucement.\u00a0Vos hanches et le haut des cuisses travailleront \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<h2>Affiner les jambes<\/h2>\n<p>Courez dans l&rsquo;eau comme si vous faisiez un jogging. En plus d&rsquo;affiner les cuisses, cet exercice agit comme un massage drainant qui gomme la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/beaute\/minceur\/les-produits-naturels-pour-se-debarrasser-de-la-cellulite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cellulite.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Raffermir les bras<\/h2>\n<p>Debout, bras fl\u00e9chis \u00e0 90\u00b0, coudes contre le corps, grandissez-vous et enfoncez alternativement dans l\u2019eau une main (doigts serr\u00e9s) puis l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n<p>Variante : tenez une frite dans chaque main et plongez les bras dans l&rsquo;eau puis remonter (en petite s\u00e9rie de 45 secondes en alternance avec diff\u00e9rents exercices)<\/p>\n<h2>Travailler les obliques<\/h2>\n<p>Pour gainer le ventre, tendez les bras devant vous dans l&rsquo;eau (perpendiculaires \u00e0 la surface). Gardez le bassin fixe\u00a0et faites pivoter la\u00a0 taille et le buste de droite \u00e0 gauche pour solliciter les obliques.
