Tout d\u2019abord, un bon sommeil permet au corps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer et de rester en forme pour mieux combattre les attaques ext\u00e9rieures. L\u2019activit\u00e9 physique va aussi renforcer nos d\u00e9fenses immunitaires, si pratiqu\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re (mais non-excessive). C\u2019est l\u2019exposition directe de la peau au soleil qui permet \u00e0 notre organisme de synth\u00e9tiser cette vitamine si particuli\u00e8re. Au-del\u00e0 de 50 ans cette capacit\u00e9 diminue progressivement. Sans prise d\u2019un suppl\u00e9ment ad\u00e9quat, la carence en vitamine D est in\u00e9luctable. Les mesures de confinement ont encore aggrav\u00e9 cette situation.<\/p>\n<p>Or la vitamine D est non seulement indispensable \u00e0 la solidit\u00e9 de notre ossature mais aussi au bon fonctionnement de notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire. Elle aide notre organisme \u00e0 combattre les microbes et maintient les r\u00e9ponses inflammatoires sous contr\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit donc de veiller \u00e0 un apport quotidien ad\u00e9quat de vitamine D.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les atouts de Vista-D3<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>*VISTA-D3 se pr\u00e9sente sous forme d\u2019un tout petit comprim\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre sous la langue.
