Impr\u00e9visible et douloureux. D\u2019o\u00f9 vient-il, comment le faire passer rapidement\u00a0? Petites explications.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>A l\u2019origine du point de c\u00f4t\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Intimement li\u00e9 \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 physique intense, ce que nous appelons famili\u00e8rement un point de c\u00f4t\u00e9 est une douleur vive et brutale qui survient dans l\u2019abdomen ou dans l\u2019\u00e9paule. Voire une visite imm\u00e9diate aux urgences les plus proches si la douleur s\u2019accompagne de diff\u00e9rents signes aggravants comme de la fi\u00e8vre, des vertiges ou un mal-\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Comment l\u2019\u00e9viter\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Impr\u00e9visible et fr\u00e9quent chez les sportifs \u00ab\u00a0amateurs\u00a0\u00bb, le point de c\u00f4t\u00e9 peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duit dans son apparition par quelques gestes simples. Essayez de pratiquer votre sport r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Pour habituer votre corps \u00e0 l\u2019effort. Evitez ensuite un repas trop lourd et arros\u00e9. Attendre trois heures environ avant de vous lancer. Lors de la s\u00e9ance, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez de petites gorg\u00e9es d\u2019eau r\u00e9guli\u00e8res. N\u2019oubliez pas de vous \u00e9chauffer avant et apr\u00e8s l\u2019effort, lequel devra \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 votre niveau. Ne forcez jamais la cadence. Des exercices de gainage r\u00e9guliers sont aussi recommand\u00e9s pour une meilleure pr\u00e9vention. Enfin, votre respiration se doit d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, en synchronisation avec vos foul\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quels rem\u00e8des pour le faire passer\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 les conseils suivis, un point de c\u00f4t\u00e9 se d\u00e9clenche quand m\u00eame et vous plie en deux. Comment r\u00e9agir? Souvent, il suffit d\u2019attendre qu\u2019il disparaisse spontan\u00e9ment, tout en r\u00e9alisant des mouvements de respiration profonde.
