Il existe pourtant des disciplines qui ne r\u00e9clament pas de salle, ni m\u00eame de devoir sortir. Le Hip Thrust, par exemple. Sous ce nom abscons se cache une pratique sportive qui va certainement vous s\u00e9duire. Facile et sans risques. D\u00e9di\u00e9e aussi bien aux hommes qu\u2019aux femmes \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un post\u00e9rieur bien muscl\u00e9, au joli galbe. Mais qu\u2019en est-il\u00a0?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Le Hip Thrust en bref<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le Hip Thrust est de plus en plus populaire. Seul ou combin\u00e9 avec d\u2019autres exercices de fitness (gainage, squat, fente\u2026). Les \u00e9tudes (notamment en \u00e9lectromyographie) sont unanimes pour le classer parmi les meilleurs exercices pour solliciter tous les muscles fessiers. Compos\u00e9s des petit, moyen et grand glut\u00e9al.<br \/>\nUn sport qui permet d\u2019obtenir des effets assez rapidement sur cette partie du corps qui n\u2019est pas qu\u2019esth\u00e9tique. Des fesses bien muscl\u00e9es auront en effet un effet positif sur le maintien du bassin et sur la bonne posture du buste. Un sport sans limite d\u2019\u00e2ge, id\u00e9al \u00e0 pratiquer en couple, notamment pour la motivation mutuelle. Les variantes possibles en font un sport destin\u00e9 aux d\u00e9butants comme aux adeptes plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s, qui vont travailler plus en force.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Une s\u00e9ance expliqu\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pour vous lancer dans le Hip Thrust, vous pouvez d\u00e9buter par un soulev\u00e9 de bassin au sol. Ensuite avec un soulev\u00e9 du corps avec un banc et enfin avec une barre ou des poids pos\u00e9s sur le ventre pour pimenter les s\u00e9ances.<\/p>\n<p>La pratique de base est simple. Couch\u00e9e sur le dos sur un tapis, vous ramenez vos jambes vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re, avec les talons proches de vos fesses. Les pieds bien \u00e0 plat, dans la continuit\u00e9 des hanches. Les bras sont pos\u00e9s le long de votre corps. En vous servant des pieds comme leviers, soulever le bassin pour que vos cuisses soient \u00e0 hauteur de votre buste. Gardez la position, les abdos gain\u00e9s, les fesses contract\u00e9es, au moins deux secondes avant de redescendre de fa\u00e7on contr\u00f4l\u00e9e. Puis de recommencer l\u2019exercice. Attention, ce sont les talons qui jouent le r\u00f4le majeur dans le relev\u00e9 et non votre nuque.<\/p>\n<p>Une discipline bien pr\u00e9sente sur Youtube. Selon vos envies et votre temps libre.<\/li>\n<li>Peu de gestes techniques \u00e0 apprendre.
