Le voyez-vous le charme de Hanoi ? Eh bien, il est d\u00e9sormais dans votre salon, livr\u00e9 en un temps record avec en prime une fra\u00eecheur des produits absolument indiscutable. Plut\u00f4t pas mal, non ? Surtout quand on se dit qu&rsquo;on n&rsquo;est pas pr\u00eat de revoir de sit\u00f4t la baie d\u2019Ha Long.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux fondatrices, Roxanne et Agathe Gernaert ont ouvert leur premier restaurant \u00e0 Ixelles en 2014. Tr\u00e8s vite, les restaurants de Sainte Catherine et Saint Boniface ont suivi. Pendant le lockdown, les deux s\u0153urs ont attendu 2 semaines avant de proposer un take away. Le premier restaurant a ouvert ses portes en 2012 \u00e0 la rue du Bailli avec un concept ultra simple et efficace : prix d\u00e9mocratiques et produits frais pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 la minute. L\u2019ingr\u00e9dient unique? Arriv\u00e9e en septembre en plein Covid \u00e0 Ixelles, elle cartonne et son succ\u00e8s r\u00e9side en peu de facteurs : une cuisine saine et gourmande qui s\u2019inspire de la street food des rues de Bangkok.
