Non, son efficacit\u00e9 la plus louable r\u00e9side dans l\u2019action men\u00e9e contre l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/les-sports-a-pratiquer-en-cas-dhypertension-arterielle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hypertension<\/a>. Maladie responsable de plus de 13% des d\u00e9c\u00e8s annuels dans le monde. Et qui touche de nombreuses femmes d\u00e8s la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/menopause\/5-questions-lon-se-pose-menopause\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">m\u00e9nopause<\/a>. Que peut leur apporter DASH ? Explications.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>DASH en deux mots<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019acronyme DASH signifie \u201cDietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension\u201d. Soit l\u2019approche di\u00e9t\u00e9tique pour stopper l\u2019hypertension. Un r\u00e9gime n\u00e9 en 1997, bas\u00e9 sur des \u00e9tudes scientifiques, et qui s\u2019apparente au r\u00e9gime m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en. Il combine un meilleur choix des produits et des portions r\u00e9duites. DASH privil\u00e9gie aussi une alimentation \u00e0 indice glyc\u00e9mique bas. De quoi limiter les risques de diab\u00e8te et de stockage des graisses.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nDASH \u00e0 la rescousse de la m\u00e9nopause<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Asymptomatique, l\u2019hypertension art\u00e9rielle n\u2019\u00e9pargne pas les femmes. En cause, de nombreux facteurs comme le tabac, la prise de la pilule, la grossesse, l\u2019h\u00e9r\u00e9dit\u00e9, l\u2019alimentation, le stress. Sans oublier la m\u00e9nopause. Avant elle, les oestrog\u00e8nes prot\u00e9geaient les art\u00e8res. Avec son d\u00e9clenchement, la pression art\u00e9rielle f\u00e9minine augmente, et ce d\u00e8s la cinquantaine.
