Un loisir nautique mixte, adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les \u00e2ges. Un sport complet, id\u00e9al pour la sportive qui veut se tonifier.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Comment choisir sa planche de paddle ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Quelques r\u00e8gles sont \u00e0 suivre lors de l\u2019achat du mat\u00e9riel. Dont la premi\u00e8re, \u00e9viter les premiers choix, peu on\u00e9reux mais aussi peu fiables. Pour la largeur de la planche, il faut compter sur environ 70 cm pour assurer une bonne stabilit\u00e9 sur l\u2019eau. Elle doit aussi avoir une \u00e9paisseur suffisante. Pour assurer sa solidit\u00e9 et \u00e9viter l\u2019effet matelas gonflable quand vous serez debout. Une \u00e9paisseur d\u2019au moins 13 cm sera suffisante. Certaines planches permettent aussi d\u2019\u00eatre converties en kayak.<\/p>\n<p>Outre la planche, il vous faudra aussi choisir la bonne pagaie. Adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 votre gabarit et \u00e0 choisir l\u00e9g\u00e8re, pour limiter la fatigue. Pour le co\u00fbt de l\u2019\u00e9quipement, un budget de 300 \u00e0 700 euros sera \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir, selon les planches. Qui peuvent \u00eatre gonflables ou rigides.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Un sport facile \u00e0 apprendre<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pour d\u00e9buter, se mettre \u00e0 genoux permet de gagner en confiance quant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre \u00e0 trouver. Mais le sport se pratique en position verticale. Les genoux sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pli\u00e9s, en gardant le reste du corps bien droit. La pagaie doit \u00eatre enfonc\u00e9e dans l\u2019eau bien devant vous, pour \u00eatre ramen\u00e9e ensuite \u00e0 votre hauteur, le long de la planche. Les gestes doivent rester souples. Savoir nager reste la seule condition pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la pratique. A moins de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer le gilet de sauvetage (peu sexy ).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les avantages du stand up paddle<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Outre son c\u00f4t\u00e9 ludique, ce sport de glisse offre l\u2019avantage d\u2019\u00eatre sans risque de blessures. Le SUP est un sport complet qui fait travailler tout votre corps. Le fait de devoir garder l\u2019\u00e9quilibre en position debout fait travailler tous les groupes musculaires, \u00e0 la fois ceux du haut et du bas du corps. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/pour-un-ventre-plat-optez-pour-le-gainage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">gainage<\/a>, mais aussi les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/beaute\/minceur\/3-exercices-pour-tonifier-les-bras\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bras<\/a>, les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/comment-garder-des-fesses-rebondies-apres-50-ans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fessiers<\/a>, les chevilles ou les \u00e9paules. Outre l\u2019exercice sur l\u2019\u00e9quilibre, ce sport permet aussi de renforcer la coordination des gestes. Enfin, le paddle constitue un excellent anti-stress qui permet de se ressourcer dans un cadre aquatique apaisant.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>O\u00f9 pratiquer ce sport en Belgique\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les plans d\u2019eau ne manquent pas chez nous pour go\u00fbter aux joies de la glisse. Dont les barrages de l\u2019Eau d\u2019Heure, la Meuse avec le club de la Capitainerie \u00e0 Jambes, le lac de Genval\u2026<br \/>\nMais vous pouvez pratiquer le stand up paddle quasiment partout, sur une rivi\u00e8re pr\u00e8s de chez vous ou sur la mer (calme). En Wallonie, il n\u2019y a encore qu\u2019un seul club de paddle, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Namur.
