Fatigue, irritabilit\u00e9, fringales, coup de blues\u2026 La victime n\u2019est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas le ronfleur mais la personne qui partage son lit.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quelles solutions, \u00e0 part les boules Qui\u00e8s\u00a0? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il y a toutes sortes de solutions, parfois plus proches du vaudou que du bon sens. Ne dormez plus sur le dos mais sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 (droit id\u00e9alement, c\u2019est meilleur pour le c\u0153ur\u00a0!)<\/li>\n<li>Utiliser un spray \u00e0 l\u2019eau de mer avant d\u2019aller vous coucher pour d\u00e9boucher le nez.<\/li>\n<li>Eviter l\u2019alcool et le tabac.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Enfin, il faut savoir qu\u2019on ne na\u00eet pas tous \u00e9gaux face aux ronflements. Il y a les occasionnels et les r\u00e9guliers. Les petits et les gros ronfleurs\u2026 Le surpoids, d\u2019ailleurs, est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9clencheur.
