Un ensemble de muscles qui sera sollicit\u00e9 par les exercices.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Des muscles \u00e0 ne pas n\u00e9gliger<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Outre l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment esth\u00e9tique ind\u00e9niable apport\u00e9 par de jolies fesses, ce groupe de muscles joue un r\u00f4le important. Pour assurer la bonne tenue de votre corps. Si nous pouvons marcher, nous tenir debout, sauter ou courir, nous le devons beaucoup \u00e0 l\u2019action de ces muscles. Bien droite avec une petite halt\u00e8re dans chaque main, r\u00e9alisez une fente de c\u00f4t\u00e9 avec les halt\u00e8res qui doivent encadrer le genou. En poussant sur les talons, soulevez le bas du dos en expirant. Gardez le dos bien droit.
