En effet, il faut un apport suffisant en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/les-benefices-des-omegas-3-6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">om\u00e9ga-3<\/a> pour assurer un bon d\u00e9veloppement du cerveau (aussi bien pendant la grossesse que pendant la deuxi\u00e8me partie de notre vie).<\/p>\n<p>En plus de cela, les om\u00e9ga-3 sont \u00e9galement responsables de la r\u00e9ponse inflammatoire. Si on en manque, une inflammation chronique g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e de faible intensit\u00e9 se d\u00e9veloppe. Non perceptible, elle augmente pourtant le risque de maladie cardiovasculaire. Selon une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente publi\u00e9e en 2021*, une carence en om\u00e9ga-3 est m\u00eame aussi n\u00e9faste pour la sant\u00e9 que le tabac\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, lorsqu\u2019on maintient un bon taux d\u2019om\u00e9ga 3, on r\u00e9duit les risques d\u2019hypertension et de mortalit\u00e9. Cela influence positivement la m\u00e9moire des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, cela peut aider les personnes souffrant de d\u00e9pression l\u00e9g\u00e8re ou mod\u00e9r\u00e9e ainsi qu\u2019aider lors des premiers stades de la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>O\u00f9 les trouver\u00a0? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Notre organisme ne produisant pas lui-m\u00eame les om\u00e9ga-3, il faut les trouver dans l\u2019alimentation. Malheureusement, ils ne sont pr\u00e9sents que dans les poissons gras et les algues sous leur forme active. Pas \u00e9tonnant que 9 Belges sur 10 sont en carence\u00a0! Afin d\u2019y rem\u00e9dier, on peut les consommer sous forme de suppl\u00e9mentation \u00e0 raison d\u20191 g d&rsquo;acides gras om\u00e9ga-3 actifs (EPA + DHA) par jour.
