Or les experts recommandent 8 heures de sommeil quotidien. Non seulement pour reposer notre corps, mais aussi pour rajeunir notre esprit. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/comment-sassurer-un-sommeil-reparateur\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le sommeil<\/a> est le moment o\u00f9 notre organisme tout entier se r\u00e9pare, se gu\u00e9rit&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>2. (Se) mettre sur OFF<\/h2>\n<p>Les smartphones ont r\u00e9volutionn\u00e9 notre vie de tous les jours&#8230; Mais c&rsquo;est une arme \u00e0 double tranchant. A force de ne plus vivre sans eux, nous sommes devenus compl\u00e8tement accros \u00e0 toutes ses utilit\u00e9s. Notre cerveau (et nos yeux) n&rsquo;ont plus un moment r\u00e9pit entre les mails, les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/bien-etre\/famille\/etre-ami-avec-ses-petits-enfants-sur-facebook-pour-ou-contre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">r\u00e9seaux sociaux,<\/a> les infos, les applis et autres fonctionnalit\u00e9s aussi pratiques qu&rsquo;accaparantes. Sans compter que cet usage abusif du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone garde tous nos sens en alerte (notamment \u00e0 cause des sonneries intempestives et autres notifications). Posez donc votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone au moins 30 minutes avant de vous coucher. Ou, encore mieux, \u00e9teignez-le (pour \u00e9viter les ondes) !<\/p>\n<h2>3. Prendre des vacances<\/h2>\n<p>Pas besoin de partir au bout du monde ! Une journ\u00e9e \u00e0 la mer ou un apr\u00e8s-midi au parc font aussi l&rsquo;affaire. Peu importe l&rsquo;endroit, pourvu que vous oubliez le travail, les factures, ou toute autre pens\u00e9e qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re des tensions en vous&#8230; Il est essentiel de s&rsquo;accorder r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement du temps pour soi. Vous n&rsquo;avez pas le temps ?
