Avec certaines pathologies (souvent) li\u00e9es \u00e0 de mauvaises habitudes prises avec un quotidien charg\u00e9 et stressant. Pour profiter d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/medecine\/cest-decide-prends-taux-de-cholesterol-main\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bon cholest\u00e9rol,<\/a> il suffirait pourtant de veiller \u00e0 respecter certains principes de vie. Bien manger et bouger. Voyons ce qu\u2019il en est.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cholest\u00e9rol LDL contre HDL<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Deux types de cholest\u00e9rol cohabitent dans l\u2019organisme. Celui de haute densit\u00e9 (HDL) et le second, de faible densit\u00e9 (LDL). C\u2019est ce dernier, qualifi\u00e9 de \u00ab mauvais \u00bb qui agit n\u00e9gativement sur la sant\u00e9. Le HDL, par contre, est utile pour d\u00e9barrasser le corps de son exc\u00e8s de mauvais cholest\u00e9rol. Un cholest\u00e9rol sanguin est \u00e0 surveiller par une prise de sang et une visite r\u00e9guli\u00e8re chez un cardiologue. Pour l\u2019information, ce sont quelque 200 femmes qui meurent chaque jour d\u2019un infarctus.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Etes-vous \u00e0 risque\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Outre les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019une analyse sanguine, certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments peuvent vous permettre de prendre conscience de votre sensibilit\u00e9 au cholest\u00e9rol. Comme la m\u00e9nopause. Une p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 s\u2019ach\u00e8ve la production d\u2019estradiol, une hormone qui ralentit les effets du mauvais cholest\u00e9rol. Vous pouvez manger de tout, mais le principe g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 retenir est de limiter la consommation d\u2019acides gras satur\u00e9s. Et de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer des aliments cuits \u00e0 la vapeur, grill\u00e9s ou \u00e9tuv\u00e9s. Certains aliments sont n\u00e9anmoins \u00e0 r\u00e9duire voire \u00e9viter pour conserver un taux de cholest\u00e9rol dans les lignes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les viandes transform\u00e9es et les charcuteries. Comme les saucisses, hamburgers, les viandes fum\u00e9es etc.<\/li>\n<li>Les produits laitiers. Fromage, beurre, lait, cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Dans les rayons, il sera pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de les choisir \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Les sodas, jus de fruits, lait sucr\u00e9, boissons pour sportifs. Source de risques cardio-vasculaires accrus (20% de plus)<\/li>\n<li>Tous les aliments transform\u00e9s. Plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, desserts industriels&#8230; Trop riches en gras satur\u00e9, sel et sucre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Comment r\u00e9duire le cholest\u00e9rol ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pour garder un bon cholest\u00e9rol, il est bon de privil\u00e9gier une consommation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de fruits et l\u00e9gumes , de fruits secs, de p\u00e2tes, de viande maigre, de produits riches en omega 3 et 9 (saumon, huile d\u2019olive, thon, noix&#8230;) ainsi qu\u2019en fibres. Quant \u00e0 l\u2019apport en alcool, il restera limit\u00e9 \u00e0 un verre par jour pour les femmes. D\u2019autres actions quotidiennes peuvent augmenter le bon cholest\u00e9rol (HDL) comme l\u2019exercice physique. Pratiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 raison de quelque 30 minutes par jour et environ 5 fois par semaine. De la marche rapide ou des travaux au jardin suffisent amplement.
