Des \u00e9tudes ont appuy\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils contribuaient \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir plusieurs maladies mentales, telles que la \u00a0d\u00e9pressions, la schizophr\u00e9nie ou le trouble bipolaire.<\/p>\n<p><q>Les champignons de Paris, qui sont la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 la plus consomm\u00e9e aux \u00c9tats-Unis, contiennent du potassium, qui est cens\u00e9 r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. Certaines autres esp\u00e8ces, notamment\u00a0<i>Hericium erinaceus<\/i>, plus connu sous le nom de crini\u00e8re de lion, peuvent stimuler l&rsquo;expression de facteurs neurotrophiques tels que la synth\u00e8se du facteur de croissance nerveuse, ce qui pourrait avoir un impact sur la pr\u00e9vention des troubles neuropsychiatriques, dont la d\u00e9pression<\/q> \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise les chercheurs.<\/p>\n<p>En prime, des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que les champignons r\u00e9duisent les risques de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/medecine\/traiter-le-cancer-du-sein\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cancer<\/a> et de d\u00e9c\u00e8s pr\u00e9matur\u00e9.
