Les principaux points clefs \u00e9tant d\u2019\u00e9viter les lumi\u00e8res bleues (\u00e9crans), les repas trop lourds, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/bien-vieillir\/dangers-de-lalcool\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019alcool<\/a>, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/les-bienfaits-du-cafe-sur-notre-sante\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">caf\u00e9ine<\/a>, la nicotine\u00a0; veiller \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une ambiance d\u00e9tendue dans la chambre, bien sombre et calme, \u00e0 une bonne temp\u00e9rature (ni trop chaude ni trop froide). Cette hygi\u00e8ne du sommeil va favoriser la production physiologique de la m\u00e9latonine.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La m\u00e9latonine, c\u2019est quoi\u00a0? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La m\u00e9latonine est l\u2019hormone centrale qui r\u00e9gule le rythme chronobiologique dans notre corps. Elle est de ce fait d\u00e9crite comme \u00e9tant l\u2019hormone du sommeil. Cependant, la production de cette hormone baisse avec l\u2019\u00e2ge, \u00e0 partir de 30 ans. Sans compter la bonne hygi\u00e8ne mentionn\u00e9e ci-dessus que trop peu de personnes respectent aujourd\u2019hui, faisant ainsi diminuer la production et la lib\u00e9ration de m\u00e9latonine.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9latonine s\u2019oppose \u00e9galement \u00e0 la neuro-inflammation de bas grade induite par le stress des insomniaques et active les t\u00e9moins de bien-\u00eatre, de re-g\u00e9n\u00e9ration neuronale (Les 2-3 premiers cycles de sommeil, avec des phases de sommeil lent profond plus longues permettent la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration c\u00e9r\u00e9brale).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quelles solutions\u00a0? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De nombreuses \u00e9tudes cliniques ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la prise de m\u00e9latonine \u00e9tait associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une baisse significative du temps d\u2019endormissement, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration du temps et de la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil. Elle est par cons\u00e9quent utilis\u00e9e par plusieurs m\u00e9decins pour traiter les troubles du sommeil.
