Florence Havenne nous livre les cl\u00e9s pour d\u00e9finir le \u00ab o\u00f9 on va \u00bb afin que le vent favorable nous cueille. Avant de foncer t\u00eate baiss\u00e9e vers 2022, elle nous invite \u00e0 prendre de la hauteur, \u00e0 r\u00e9ajuster notre boussole int\u00e9rieure, \u00e0 d\u00e9finir nos indicateurs d\u2019harmonie et \u00e0 poser une feuille de route pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir.<br \/>\nTous les ingr\u00e9dients sont agenc\u00e9s pour nous prendre par la main tel un guide qui nous emm\u00e8ne dans un parcours initiatique&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>La th\u00e9orie des petits pas<\/h2>\n<p>Exit les plans sur la com\u00e8te ! Florence nous ram\u00e8ne chaque jour au petit pas qui peut \u00eatre fait. Elle nous sugg\u00e8re de poser des intentions et des objectifs pour le mois, la semaine voire m\u00eame par jour pour rendre notre mise en mouvement plus facile. Pour mieux profiter de l&rsquo;ici et maintenant.<\/p>\n<h2>Cultiver un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit positif<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019agenda vibre la joie. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses jolies couleurs, \u00e0 ses citations inspirantes et aux incitations \u00e0 la gratitude quotidienne. Une<br \/>\nattention particuli\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9e \u00e0 son \u00e9co-conception. Prendre soin de soi implique de prendre soin de la plan\u00e8te et du vivant.
