Tailler ensuite les feuilles de brick en petits carr\u00e9s puis les m\u00e9langer aux amandes b\u00e2ton.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">R\u00e9aliser la p\u00e2te \u00e0 frire avec 125 g de farine, 2 \u0153ufs, 2 blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs, 70 ml de lait, 70 ml de cr\u00e8me, 25 ml d\u2019huile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paner les langoustines \u00e0 l\u2019aide de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 frire et du m\u00e9lange feuilles de brick et amandes.
