Le stade de l&rsquo;endormissement s&rsquo;accompagnerait d&rsquo;exp\u00e9riences perceptives involontaires, spontan\u00e9es et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/bien-etre\/psycho\/quest-ce-que-vos-reves-disent-sur-vous\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">oniriques<\/a>, qui int\u00e8grent les exp\u00e9riences r\u00e9centes de l&rsquo;\u00e9veil d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re cr\u00e9ative en les liant \u00e0 des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/bien-etre\/psycho\/ou-sont-partis-nos-souvenirs-denfance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">souvenirs<\/a>. <q>De telles exp\u00e9riences hypnagogiques pourraient \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme une version exacerb\u00e9e des pens\u00e9es\u00a0 de l&rsquo;\u00e9veil; et favorisent la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;id\u00e9es nouvelles<\/q>, expliquent les chercheurs.<\/p>\n<p>Pour v\u00e9rifier cette hypoth\u00e8se, des chercheurs ont demand\u00e9 \u00e0 103 participants de r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes math\u00e9matiques. Ceux qui n\u2019avaient pas trouv\u00e9 la r\u00e8gle \u00e0 appliquer ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 faire une sieste d\u2019une vingtaine de minutes dans les m\u00eames conditions qu\u2019Edison, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire un objet \u00e0 la main, avant de repasser les tests math\u00e9matiques. Il en est ressorti que le fait de passer au moins 15 secondes dans cette 1\u00e8re phase de sommeil apr\u00e8s l\u2019endormissement triplait les chances de trouver la r\u00e8gle par rapport \u00e0 ceux qui demeuraient \u00e9veill\u00e9s. Mais cet effet disparaissait si les participants plongeaient dans un sommeil plus profond.<\/p>\n<p><q>Cette d\u00e9couverte ouvre un nouveau champ extraordinaire pour de futures \u00e9tudes, notamment des m\u00e9canismes c\u00e9r\u00e9braux de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 <\/q>conclut le communiqu\u00e9 des chercheurs. Et par cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, on entend ici la conception d&rsquo; id\u00e9es originales mais aussi la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes et \u00e0 s&rsquo;adapter aux contraintes.
