Oubliez les r\u00e9gimes !<\/h3>\n<p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/beaute\/minceur\/je-fais-regime-mais-je-ne-maigris-pas-pourquoi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">r\u00e9gimes miracles<\/a> n\u2019existent pas. En plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre inefficaces, ils peuvent \u00eatre dangereux. Sans compter qu&rsquo;ils instaurent un climat de restriction&#8230; qui attise l&rsquo;envie de craquer (qui conduit finalement \u00e0 une baisse de l&rsquo;estime de soi et\/ou un sentiment d&rsquo;\u00e9chec.)<\/p>\n<h3>2. Honorer sa faim<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9couter sa faim, c\u2019est avant tout \u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute de son corps et ses besoins. Une envie de fraises ? C&rsquo;est sans doute que l&rsquo;acide folique peut vous \u00eatre profitable&#8230; Du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/bien-vieillir\/les-bienfaits-du-chocolat-noir\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chocolat<\/a> \u00e0 la moindre contrari\u00e9t\u00e9 ? En lib\u00e9rant des endorphines, il est particuli\u00e8rement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour l&rsquo;humeur. Faire la paix avec la nourriture<\/h3>\n<p>A trop r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, nous consid\u00e9rons parfois la nourriture comme notre ennemie. L\u2019alimentation intuitive, c&rsquo;est (r\u00e9)apprendre \u00e0 \u00e9prouver de la gratitude pour ce qui se trouve dans notre assiette et savourer chaque repas avec bienveillance.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Bon ou mauvais ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le sucre, le gras, le sal\u00e9&#8230; On a tendance \u00e0 cat\u00e9goriser les aliments. Pourtant, rien ne devrait \u00eatre interdit ! En fait, la restriction m\u00e8ne souvent \u00e0 une fixation d\u00e9mesur\u00e9e qui peut engendrer des troubles alimentaires. Donnez-vous la permission d&rsquo;appr\u00e9cier ce qui vous fait plaisir !\u00a0 Avec mod\u00e9ration, bien s\u00fbr.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Diff\u00e9rencier la faim de l&rsquo;envie<\/h3>\n<p>Faim ou pas faim ? Encore faim ou plus faim ? Respectez les signaux de la sati\u00e9t\u00e9 ! Ecouter ses sensations permet de d\u00e9finir la bonne ration du moment.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Le plaisir de manger<\/h3>\n<p>Les aliments sont bien plus qu&rsquo;un assemblage de calories, glucides, lipides, prot\u00e9ines et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/quelles-vitamines-privilegier-pour-une-bonne-sante\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vitamines<\/a>. Manger est \u00e9galement un plaisir, individuel et collectif\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h3>7. Comprendre sa \u201cfaim \u00e9motionnelle\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>Solitude, tristesse, ennui,&#8230; autant d&rsquo;\u00e9motions qui peuvent nous amener \u00e0 nous \u00ab\u00a0consoler avec des aliments r\u00e9confortants\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/cuisine\/recettes\/comfort-food-3-situations-ou-on-craque\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">comfort food,<\/a> en anglais). Apr\u00e8s une prise de conscience de ces automatismes, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez accueillir vos \u00e9motions et trouver d&rsquo;autres sources d&rsquo;apaisement.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Respecter son corps<\/h3>\n<p>Apprendre \u00e0 s\u2019aimer soi-m\u00eame et \u00e0 limiter l\u2019insatisfaction est un fondement cl\u00e9 de l&rsquo;alimentation intuitive. Faites confiance \u00e0 votre corps et prenez-en soin !<\/p>\n<h3>9. Bouger<\/h3>\n<p>Sans penser au nombre de calories br\u00fbl\u00e9es ou aux groupes musculaires qu&rsquo;on travaille, faire de l&rsquo;exercice permet de chasser le stress et de se sentir bien dans sa peau et en meilleure forme au quotidien. Pas besoin d&rsquo;un programme intensif : l&rsquo;id\u00e9e est simplement de se mettre en mouvement.<\/p>\n<h3>10. Prendre soin de sa sant\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>C&rsquo;est le dernier pilier de l\u2019alimentation intuitive : la sant\u00e9 !
