Avant de revenir \u00e0 l\u2019avant-plan, le temps du dernier conflit mondial o\u00f9 il sera cultiv\u00e9 en abondance pour remplacer les r\u00e9coltes de pommes de terre r\u00e9quisitionn\u00e9es par les Allemands. Apr\u00e8s-guerre, il retombe dans l\u2019oubli avant de revenir dans les r\u00e9gimes actuels. Pour \u00e9viter son oxydation lors de la pr\u00e9paration, il est conseill\u00e9 de le tremper dans de l\u2019eau citronn\u00e9e.<br \/>\nLe topinambour peut accompagner une salade ti\u00e8de mais aussi \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 au wok ou \u00e0 la po\u00eale comme accompagnement aux viandes blanches ou aux poissons. Vous pouvez profiter aussi du tubercule sous la forme de jus, excellent pour la sant\u00e9 intestinale.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>R\u00e9colter ses propres topinambours au jardin\u00a0? Facile<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le topinambour se r\u00e9v\u00e8le tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 cultiver au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/culture\/decouvrir-culture\/le-potager-bio-la-cote\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jardin<\/a>. La garantie de disposer de sa propre r\u00e9serve bio. Et ce d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e se r\u00e9v\u00e8le id\u00e9al pour la plantation de topinambour, et ce jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la mi-avril.
