En d&rsquo;autres termes : rien ne doit \u00eatre perdu !<\/span><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est vrai, on l&rsquo;avoue, cela n&rsquo;a pourtant rien de tr\u00e8s sexy. Pourtant, les fins gourmets l&rsquo;appr\u00e9cient pour son c\u00f4t\u00e9 sal\u00e9 et cr\u00e9meux. M\u00eame malgr\u00e9 son c\u00f4t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s gras (environ 500 kcal pour 100g).<\/p>\n<p>La moelle est un tr\u00e9sor culinaire, extr\u00eamement riche, qui trouve aussi sa place dans les soupes&#8230; A l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, nos grands-m\u00e8res l&rsquo;utilisaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour parfumer les bouillons. Surtout en cas de maladie.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\">Quels bienfaits ?<\/h2>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"fr\">Riche en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/beaute\/anti-age\/anti-age-10-aliments-qui-boostent-le-collagene\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">collag\u00e8ne<\/a>, en min\u00e9raux&#8230;\u00a0 mais aussi en glutamine (ce qui en fait un mets particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 pour les intestins) et de la g\u00e9latine (pour nos articulations), la moelle est donc une pr\u00e9cieuse alli\u00e9e contre l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/bien-vieillir\/quon-ne-a-jamais-dit-a-propos-de-larthrose\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">arthrose<\/a> et les rhumatismes. Sans compter qu&rsquo;elle donne un vrai boost d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\">Comment pr\u00e9parer l&rsquo;os \u00e0 moelle ?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"fr\"> Il existe plusieurs fa\u00e7ons de pr\u00e9parer l&rsquo;os \u00e0 moelle. Vous pouvez r\u00f4tir les os dans un four chaud pendant environ 20 \u00e0 25 minutes (laissez-les au four jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la moelle bouillonne au-dessus de l&rsquo;os.) ou vous pouvez en faire <\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"fr\">une soupe. Pour ce faire, mettez l&rsquo;os \u00e0 moelle dans une casserole d&rsquo;eau froide et ajoutez une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre de cidre. Le vinaigre de cidre permettra de lib\u00e9rer le calcium, le magn\u00e9sium et le potassium des os dans l&rsquo;eau. Laissez reposer une nuit avant de porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. N&rsquo;oubliez pas de retirer la mousse qui se forme dessus car elle n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s digeste. Ensuite, ajoutez quelques l\u00e9gumes et laissez mijoter entre 4 et 12 heures.
