Le chef Sean Uytterhaegen (anciennement chez Carcasse, 1 \u00e9toile Michelin &amp; NorthSea Chef depuis 2018) et Nicola Van Heemsbergen s\u00e9lectionne le meilleur des cri\u00e9es d&rsquo;Europe (ou s&rsquo;approvisionnent directement chez les petits producteurs passionn\u00e9s ou dans des fermes). Nos favoris ?
