Si vous souhaitez am\u00e9liorer votre puissance de frappe, vous pouvez opter pour un sac de frappe. Qu\u2019il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de choisir autoportant si vos murs ne sont pas assez solides pour supporter l\u2019installation et les impacts d\u2019un sac de frappe suspendu. Pour un mod\u00e8le autoportant de qualit\u00e9, bien stable, le budget sera compris entre 250 et 350 euros.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Comment d\u00e9buter\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re r\u00e9ponse sera\u00a0: en douceur. Un entra\u00eenement qui doit d\u00e9buter avec les conseils d\u2019un coach, pour apprendre les bons gestes profitables pour le corps. Avant de vouloir combattre (amicalement) sur un ring, se familiariser avec la frappe sur un sac constitue le b.a.-ba. Pour apprendre \u00e0 bouger, ce fameux jeu de jambes \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019apr\u00e8s cela qu\u2019il vous sera possible d\u2019affronter une adversaire . Tout aussi efficace.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>O\u00f9 trouver son coach et son club\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nombreuses sont les salles de fitness \u00e0 int\u00e9grer des cours de boxe. Il existe \u00e9galement des clubs de boxe sp\u00e9cialement d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 un public f\u00e9minin, avec des professeurs f\u00e9minins. De quoi mettre \u00e0 l\u2019aise. Comme avec champions academy, <a href=\"https:\/\/championsacademy.be\/disciplines\/boxe-anglaise\/\">https:\/\/championsacademy.be\/disciplines\/boxe-anglaise\/<\/a> ,qui permet notamment de disposer d\u2019un encadrement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 et de cours d\u2019initiation. Il est \u00e0 noter que pour int\u00e9grer un club, une visite m\u00e9dicale s\u2019av\u00e8re obligatoire.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Peu de contre-indications<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Comme pour beaucoup d\u2019autres sports, un entretien avec votre m\u00e9decin permettra d\u2019\u00e9liminer les risques encourus. Concernant la boxe, il n\u2019y a pas de contre-indications bien pr\u00e9cises. Pour les pathologies chroniques, la suspension de la pratique sera \u00e9valu\u00e9e au cas par cas par le m\u00e9decin.
