Sans m\u00e9dicaments ou th\u00e9rapies contraignantes.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Le shifting en bref<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>D\u00e9riv\u00e9e du verbe to shift (se d\u00e9placer), la pratique du reality shifting, ou shifting, nous vient des Etats-Unis. Elle consiste \u00e0 changer de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 uniquement par la pens\u00e9e et son imagination. Selon les forums sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, le shifting serait davantage pratiqu\u00e9 par la gent f\u00e9minine.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les bienfaits recherch\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pour beaucoup d\u2019adeptes du shifting, le but \u00e0 atteindre consiste \u00e0 se d\u00e9connecter compl\u00e8tement du monde r\u00e9el (current reality dans le jargon). Le shifting peut donc se voir comme un fusible salvateur. Il permet de se r\u00e9fugier dans un cocon, une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d\u00e9sir\u00e9e (ou desired reality). Pour faire face \u00e0 un moment de d\u00e9prime ou quand la journ\u00e9e n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. Certaines personnes y trouvent aussi une fa\u00e7on d\u2019\u00e9chapper \u00e0 la solitude ou de reprendre confiance en elles. Contrairement \u00e0 la spontan\u00e9it\u00e9 du r\u00eave, le shifting laisse un ressenti plus r\u00e9aliste et durable. Et qu\u2019il est possible de retrouver s\u00e9ance apr\u00e8s s\u00e9ance.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Et en pratique\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La technique g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement employ\u00e9e par les shifters consiste \u00e0 se coucher sur le dos. Sur une surface apaisante, comme un lit, un sofa ou du gazon. Puis \u00e0 fermer les yeux, pour l\u00e2cher-prise, et s\u2019imaginer dans un train qui vous emm\u00e8ne vers l\u2019univers recherch\u00e9 et d\u00e9crit au pr\u00e9alable dans un script, un terme utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9crire un sc\u00e9nario. Un shifting r\u00e9ussi s\u2019accompagne g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de divers sympt\u00f4mes comme des flashes blancs, l\u2019impression de se d\u00e9tacher de son corps. Le shifter reste conscient et d\u00e9cide lui-m\u00eame de l\u2019arr\u00eat de ce \u00ab moment d\u2019\u00e9vasion \u00bb. Une s\u00e9ance \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e comprise entre 10 \u00e0 15 minutes. Une pratique jug\u00e9e efficace par ses adeptes, mais qui se doit d\u2019\u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9e avec mod\u00e9ration. Elle doit rester ponctuelle. Au risque de rester d\u00e9connect\u00e9 en permanence de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Ses d\u00e9tracteurs d\u00e9noncent l\u2019absence de r\u00e9ponse apport\u00e9e \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me psychologique. De fait, en cas de sympt\u00f4mes d\u00e9pressifs, le shifting ne peut servir de th\u00e9rapie.
