On nous propose une cuisine simple mais excellente gr\u00e2ce aux produits soigneusement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s. Les diff\u00e9rents arrivages des producteurs europ\u00e9ens et locaux permettent une carte vari\u00e9e et pleine de saveurs. <strong>Viande Holstein<\/strong>, cheeseburger, tartare am\u00e9ricain, croquettes de joues de boeuf et\u2026 <strong>viande matur\u00e9e<\/strong> sont quelques exemples de ce qu\u2019on peut y d\u00e9guster. C\u00f4t\u00e9 boissons, ils poss\u00e8dent 6 bi\u00e8res produites en circuit court, brass\u00e9es dans leur propre brasserie \u201cBlond\u201d, sans oublier les traditionnels cocktails et les vins provenant de grands ou plus petits domaines. Les desserts sont quant \u00e0 eux assur\u00e9s par la maman d\u2019un des fondateurs (deux amis de longue date, Arnaud et Jim). <strong>La Meute<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est une v\u00e9ritable histoire de famille !\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>La Meute : on a test\u00e9, le verdict !\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ni une ni deux, on passe la porte du restaurant en ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019eau \u00e0 la bouche apr\u00e8s avoir au pr\u00e9alable regard\u00e9 le menu sur leur site internet. Ambiance conviviale et un peu r\u00e9tro, on adh\u00e8re tout de suite \u00e0 la d\u00e9co : murs carrel\u00e9s, ardoises, tables en bois et cuisine ouverte. Un peu dans le style d\u2019une brasserie parisienne typique.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-52858 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/La_Meute_2.jpg\" alt=\"la meute\" width=\"264\" height=\"330\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/La_Meute_2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/La_Meute_2-768x960.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 264px) 100vw, 264px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On commence par l\u2019ap\u00e9ritif, deux <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/cuisine\/bonnes-adresses\/envie-dapprendre-a-faire-de-delicieux-cocktails\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cocktails<\/a> maison qu\u2019on savoure tant tous les ingr\u00e9dients sont parfaitement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s. On re\u00e7oit ensuite l\u2019entr\u00e9e: croquettes de carbonnade \u00e0 la flamande et carpaccio de Holstein matur\u00e9 30 jours l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fum\u00e9. Le premier est un parfait mix entre tradition et originalit\u00e9 : on retrouve vraiment le go\u00fbt de la carbonnade mais avec une approche diff\u00e9rente via les croquettes. Le carpaccio est lui tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant au niveau du go\u00fbt \u00e9galement, la maturation de la viande donne une saveur un peu plus forte mais loin d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9coeurante (comme certains pourraient le penser), bien au contraire.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-52859 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG-4703-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"la meute\" width=\"311\" height=\"415\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG-4703-scaled.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG-4703-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG-4703-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG-4703-1536x2048.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 311px) 100vw, 311px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le plat principal nous permet de continuer sur notre lanc\u00e9e : petit tendre de Holstein 250gr et entrec\u00f4te matur\u00e9e Simmental 350gr. Le tout accompagn\u00e9 de frites et sauces maison. La viande est d\u2019une qualit\u00e9 incroyable et la cuisson est parfaitement comme nous l\u2019avons demand\u00e9e (\u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser car demander la viande saignante et la recevoir bien cuite n\u2019est jamais agr\u00e9able!). L\u2019entrec\u00f4te matur\u00e9e vaut le d\u00e9tour pour les amateurs, le go\u00fbt y est vraiment. Les frites maison sont de loin les meilleures que j\u2019ai mang\u00e9es jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, et coup de coeur pour la mayonnaise \u00e0 la truffe pour compl\u00e9ter le tout. Un coleslaw (salade de choux) est \u00e9galement servi en accompagnement pour apporter de la fra\u00eecheur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-52861\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/La_Meute_4.jpg\" alt=\"la meute\" width=\"297\" height=\"528\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verdict : chaque bouch\u00e9e est un plaisir ! Les plats sont tr\u00e8s bien servis et nos sens sont d\u00e9cupl\u00e9s. L\u2019\u00e9quilibre des saveurs et de l\u2019assaisonnement est parfait.
