Coupez l&rsquo;avocat en deux, retirez le noyau, retirez la chair et coupe-le en cubes. Emincez l&rsquo;oignon. M\u00e9langez la pomme, l&rsquo;avocat et l&rsquo;oignon et arrosez de jus de citron.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporez les c\u00e2pres et le VUNA \u00e0 la salade de pommes, d&rsquo;avocats et d&rsquo;oignons.<\/li>\n<li>Assaisonnez avec du jus de citron, de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et du poivre.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez les bagels en deux et garnissez de laitue puis r\u00e9partissez le m\u00e9lange dans les bagels.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2.
