Quant au lieu qui servira de salle de sport. Avec une pi\u00e8ce sp\u00e9cialement d\u00e9di\u00e9e au sport. Pour s\u2019\u00e9viter le fastidieux travail de pr\u00e9paration puis de rangement du mat\u00e9riel. Un luxe, il est vrai. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de choisir une pi\u00e8ce isol\u00e9e. Comme de la musique motivante, un grand miroir pour observer les postures et les corriger au besoin.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quels \u00e9quipements acheter\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La salle pr\u00eate, quels sont les \u00e9quipements \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir\u00a0? Comment les choisir\u00a0? \u00ab\u00a0<em>Pour qui souhaite s\u2019\u00e9quiper \u00e0 la maison, je conseille de r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la tentation de vouloir acheter beaucoup de mat\u00e9riel \u00e0 la fois. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de d\u2019abord bien r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux objectifs recherch\u00e9s avec la pratique du sport. Puis de choisir les appareils en fonction des r\u00e9sultats<\/em>.\u00a0\u00bb explique Didier Moens. Avant d\u2019ajouter qu\u2019\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<em>il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de consacrer son budget \u00e0 l\u2019achat de mat\u00e9riel de qualit\u00e9. Moins d\u2019accessoires mais de meilleure qualit\u00e9 et plus s\u00fbrs, pour \u00e9viter des accidents. Tout comme pour l\u2019achat d\u2019un v\u00e9lo. Il vaut peut-\u00eatre mieux attendre d\u2019avoir un meilleur budget et acheter du bon, avec les conseils d\u2019un sp\u00e9cialiste<\/em>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Pour d\u00e9buter, un bon tapis de sol, un v\u00e9lo elliptique, un banc inclinable, des halt\u00e8res r\u00e9glables (pour assurer une progression), une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/le-swiss-ball-la-balle-magique-des-sportives\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">swiss bal<\/a>l, une corde \u00e0 sauter constituent un bon d\u00e9but.
