Se laver les mains r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, manger \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 ou encore pratiquer<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/comment-bien-recuperer-apres-une-seance-de-sport\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> une activit\u00e9 physique<\/a>. En effet, celle-ci am\u00e9liore la circulation sanguine et permet donc aux cellules et mol\u00e9cules du syst\u00e8me immunitaire de mieux circuler dans le corps.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Des min\u00e9raux et nutriments essentiels<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Notre corps a besoin de vitamines et min\u00e9raux en quantit\u00e9 suffisante pour permettre au corps de combattre les bact\u00e9ries et virus.
