Il est par cons\u00e9quent primordial d\u2019assurer un apport suffisant en calcium et vitamine D, les deux \u00e9tant compl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Comment garder des os solides\u00a0? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La cl\u00e9, c\u2019est le calcium qui assure la solidit\u00e9 osseuse, combin\u00e9 avec la vitamine D qui est indispensable \u00e0 sa bonne absorption par l\u2019organisme. D\u2019autant plus qu\u2019avec l\u2019\u00e2ge, on en consomme de moins en moins, sans parler des intol\u00e9rants au lactose ou des vegans par exemple. La solution\u00a0? Prendre des suppl\u00e9ments alimentaires. Une suppl\u00e9mentation de 500 mg suffit dans la plupart des cas.
