Avec un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne connu sous l\u2019anglicisme <strong>d\u2019hangxiety.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>L\u2019hangxiety\u00a0? De quoi s\u2019agit-il\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019hangxiety, contraction des mots hangover (gueule de bois) et anxiety (anxi\u00e9t\u00e9) pourrait (mal) se traduire par l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 de la gueule de bois. Elle d\u00e9signe cette sensation de mal-\u00eatre v\u00e9cue apr\u00e8s une consommation d\u2019alcool. Connue sous le nom d\u2019hormone du bonheur et capable d\u2019agir sur la r\u00e9gulation de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/bien-etre\/psycho\/comment-gerer-lanxiete\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/a>. Le corps va r\u00e9agir \u00e9galement par l\u2019augmentation du rythme cardiaque et de la pression art\u00e9rielle.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L\u2019alcool, ce tra\u00eetre<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Faux ami, l\u2019alcool semble \u00eatre capable d\u2019effacer les soucis d\u2019une mauvaise journ\u00e9e et d\u2019apporter d\u00e9tente et bien-\u00eatre. Mais les choses ne sont pas si simples, et plus encore en ce qui concerne la vie en soci\u00e9t\u00e9. O\u00f9 l\u2019alcool permet de jouer sur la d\u00e9sinhibition. Le lendemain de f\u00eate arros\u00e9e, la meilleure solution consiste \u00e0 se r\u00e9hydrater, \u00e0 dormir mais aussi \u00e0 proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des exercices de relaxation.
